Recipe Description

A rich, classic Italian cappuccino made with premium coffee, warm steamed milk, and a thick, luxurious layer of frothed milk foam. Finished with a light dusting of cocoa.

Ingredients Needed

  • 2 tsp Janu Bhai Coffee
  • 60ml hot water
  • 120ml whole milk (steamed & frothed)
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preparation Steps

  1. Dissolve 2 tsp of Janu Bhai Coffee in 60ml of hot water to create a strong double-espresso base.
  2. Steam and froth 120ml of whole milk in a pitcher until it forms a thick, dense foam.
  3. Pour the espresso base into a warm ceramic cup.
  4. Gently pour the steamed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  5. Spoon the remaining thick foam on top and dust lightly with cocoa powder.
